This series boilers are vertical, D type, double drum coal slurry fired boiler. Several types of fuel could applied for via burner and pre-fire drum. Boiler is equipped with high efficiency separator and gas flue separator which lower the coal dust dense dramatically, gas discharge could be lower than 2kg/hr.

The slag off device with water is installed at the bottom of the boiler which saves a lot man work on slag off.

The adopt of reliable burning type could solve the unreliable burning problem due to too much water in coal slurry, which is the new reliable way on coal slurry utility.

This series boilers are horizontal, out burned, three-passed wood chips fired steam boiler, the main parts include boiler body, front and back flue gas boxes, burner, accessories and electric control system. The boiler body is a shell with three-passes, the combustion chamber is formed with wave shape tube, this structure can absorb expanding of the chamber and can improve the rigidity; the convection flue pass is constructed with spiral tubes, it can enhance the heat transfer and boiler efficiency. The swirl type burner could change the angle and length of flame, stable burning area is formed. The pro-firing drum can provide a stable heat source for the burning area, which benefit a lot on load variable operation and instant start and stop.
